We are excited to share with you what God has been able to accomplish through IMPACTO Latino´s team, our board of advisors, and you as one of our prayer warriors and financial partners. We all are part of the team to reach the people of Mexico for Christ.
Today, through the efforts of the Pachuca Project, more than 1,200 people have been reached for Christ. The Pachuca Project started a movement of churches that are now planting other churches.
That is the case of New Hope, the first church planted in the city which is the mother church of the other 4 churches. Also, at the beginning of 2016, the Jubilee church just planted a new church called “The Fortress”. In total there are 5 churches in the city and one in a rural community where Spanish is actually their second language.
Today, on any giving Sunday there are more than 1,200 people worshipping Jesus, but that´s not all, through the cell group system, believers are reaching their families, friends, and neighbors and discipling them personally.
We want to take this time to share with you and celebrate what God has done through your prayers and support and the efforts of the whole team.
Introducing the IMPACTOnetwork
After seeing what God was already doing in Pachuca we started to pray, and seek for direction as to what our next endeavor was going to be. So, after several months of prayer and talking with the rest of the team, we felt that God was leading us to start a church planting training center in Mexico.
We will start by recruiting church planters, train them, fund their churches for the first crucial years, coach them and create a network of churches that are willing to work together. We want to plant churches that are passionate to reach the lost and committed to plant new churches to reach the people of Mexico for Christ.
It is a big vision, and we are very excited, but we realize this project will require a lot of prayer, a lot of work and financial support. So we are seeking and looking for partnerships that will help us accomplish the vision to plant two churches per year starting in 2018. Our ultimate goal is to see Mexico not be a mission field anymore, but instead send Mexican missionaries to the world.
We need financial support as we run the training center and to fund the churches that will be planted every year.
We want to invite you to prayerfully consider to start supporting the IMPACTOnetwork or increase your support to one of our families. You can start by committing a monthly amount or increasing what you already give.
To make it convenient for you you can go online here to our personal GIVING page at NMSI, and set up a monthly recurring giving amount:
Every little bit helps
